Returns Policy
SniperForex agrees to send all purchases within 48 hours of the date of the order.
If the product ordered by the customer becomes unavailable for any reason. We will notify the customer within 48 hours of the date of the order that the item is not currently available and make arrangement for a refund. Alternately, the customer may choose to be notified once the product becomes available again.
If we are unable to process and send an order for any reason then we will notify the customer within 48 hours of the date of the order.
Delivery
All Online orders are processed by our Online shopping department.
All Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
All orders are dispatched digitally, via e-mail.
Refunds
Please note that for obvious reasons we do not offer refunds for software that is digitally delivered. All software is dispatched in good working order and we endevour to do everything possible to ensure that it arrives in the same condition, but we cannot be held responsible for the electronic mutilation of software by e-mail scanners, servers etc. We will endevour to resend via e-mail until the software arrives at the intended destination. Alternately, for a minimal charge, the customer can choose to have the software downloaded onto cd/dvd and sent by post.
